My buddy has the Draco.   Very tame ball, moves like something from the past....carries very well.  He does like it alot...it's his weakest ball but he says that it is his most controllable.
In the bag [Infinite Physix, Volatility Torque, Night Road, Phaze III, Burner Solid, Hustle AU]
*Now Testing* IQ Ruby, Renevant, another IQ Tour solid
Coming soon...???

I have both. The Pegasus is one of my favorite balls whenever I bowl on something tough. It blends out patterns extremely well. I'd say it works best on medium-heavy oil, but it's extremely versatile.

The Draco is fairly new in my bag so I can't say much about it yet. However, it seems to be a similar motion to the Pegasus but weaker overall. It just depends if you want the stronger or weaker motion of the two balls.

I have to second one of the opinions about this ball that it is very controllable.  It definitely is a is a bit tamer as compared to my Elite Espionage and my Rev Terror, but it really finishes strong.  I actually have been shooting the majority of my 700 series with the Draco this league season.  I love throwing the ball.

If you watch the video on the Pegasus, it will give you a great idea of what the ball can do, as both balls have the same core.

That looks like the old Columbia Formula core. Very controllable.
