Old wood lanes in need of a cut and resurface, THS medium to medium heavy oil 41’ buff, OOB at 3. Got back on Friday afternoon and punched one up, bowled on left over shot from the league on Thursday night. Back ends were still alive, had some transition, not true carry down.
The Slant seemed very forgiving; miss right it recovered nicely, clean up front, heavy mid lane roll, and strong off the spot. Very consistent ball motion was the most noticeable trait, when I tried to bounce it off the dry early; it never over reacted like some pearls will, covers plenty of boards, and does it in a smooth manner, a hard hook, with control. Moved 5 & 5 left with feet and target line, soften the speed, it still recovered, light hits had messengers run from both sides, ball retained its energy very well, like a polished pearl should. Flush hits rendered an awesome loud crack, must have been bustin’ some wood. A+++
