Elite is the maker, made in China I believe

Yes, made in China.  Very, very similar to the Elite Echo.

I will second the Echo being a really good piece. Thrown it quite a bit (when oil allows), and am quite impressed with it.

 If the Rev Terror is anything like it, it will be a good ball.
