Contacting Lanemasters?
« on: September 17, 2005, 07:15:46 AM »
On Edit: Just go to support, then contact to see what I mean. That link takes you to the homepage not the contact page.

On their site the email address is something@legendsbowling.com. But on the general question address, is it legensbowling.com. Or something of that sort.

Here's a link to see what I mean:
http://www.lanemastersbowling.com/#Main_Content

Is this there real address or is it a typo?

Rockaway? That's only like a 40 min drive. May just do that.

I spoke to Johnie Jones, the main contact over at Lanemasters the other day. They're great on the phone: 1-888-526-3645.
Regarding the glitch in the email address:
As of Saturday, 7:15 PM Eastern Time, I see this -

Support:   support@legendsbowling.com
Sales:    sales@legendsbowling.com
General:  general@legensbowling.com

I guess the missing, "d" on the General contact address is what you are referring to. I sent them an email to correct it.

So if I sent it to general@legendsbowling.com that is the correct address? I'm not sure which one I sent it to. Are they good at responding to questions via email?

It should be. I haven't sent many; so I don't know the time frame. They did respond. It is Saturday night now.

As I suggested above, they are good on the phone. 8 or 9 AM til 5 PM Pacific time.

I've sent them 2 emails recently and have yet to receive a response.  One was about a week ago and the other was months ago.

Kingpin....make sure you call the proshop before you go.  Ken travels alot with Team USA and starting this Monday will be in Costa Rica for 2 weeks.
