I will say, who cares.....

I don't have the video, but Brain Leclair shoots 300 in this clip and everyone near him is high 5'n him...while this is going on, pete was dragging his equipment over to the next pair without saying anything.

On FB, some are calling PDW classless, blah blah blah... I say, so what, who cares...

if it was a lesser known person, there wouldn't be any reaction.

The 300 game has gotten so cheap in todays game, it really doesn't garner the attention it used to.
I remember shooting a 299 one time long ago.   The proprietor, pro shop guy, lane man, local Assoc. secretary, and I were at the alley until 2AM getting all the measurements and weighing done.

Thing is how do we know that he didn't congratulate him later or when it was just the two of them. Does it really matter when he does congrats him? What is the code on this? I mean, really. People now a days look for any little thing...SMH

I agree with you.  It's basically the same thing when Belmo won Player of the Year and Sean Rash congratulated him before walking off to let Belmo have his moment.  Not classless at all.  It just happened to be blown way out of proportion because it wasn't long after Bottlegate.

I was at Brentwood today pdw was just focus on bowling. Its just how he is. But man was watching Chris warren tearing shieeet upp.

It looked to me as if Pete had his hands full moving his equipment to his next pair.  Doubt that he was intentionally ignoring Leclair.  The PDW haters will find any excuse to knock Pete.

Just another example in a growing library of evidence that he's a d-bag while on the lanes. 

As a Professional, in any sport, you are a role model (to someone) and expected to act as such.  If my kid(s) acted the way PDW does in ANY sport, it would be their last time.

Seems like a bunch of butt hurt people to me. Worry about yourself and not others. As long as he didn't hurt anyone (hurting someone's feelings are exempt), there is no reason for this to even be a topic.

Exactly.
 
This is a PBA50 stop. You're there to compete for a title and not waste emotional energy looking for opportunities to "high 5" accomplishments bowled by others. If you're bowling on the pair with LeClair, you do the polite thing and congratulate him. Otherwise, it's business as usual and you carry on.
 
There is too much handicap league mentality brought to these discussions.

Im not a pdw fan but theres no foul there. Its just another game for most and im sure he said something later. Pdw only has to worry about pdw when bowling out there and moving on to the next game.

I have bowled quite a few 300's including in fairly high profile settings.  Got high fives from a lot of people, but I would never expect a guy to put down is equipment while he is going to another pair.  In fact I couldn't tell you who did and didn't high five me, and could really not care.

All the 300 is during a tournament is +100, nothing more  or less.  maybe Pete just shot 279 and is thinking, I'm behind 21 pins.
