Congrats on shooting 279, 300, 300, 300 tonight at Red Crown. He went open the first frame and then threw the next 47 strikes in a row!!

Yes, congratulations on almost achieving the impossible. 47 in a row is totally unreal and may never have been done in the history of organized bowling!
Don't give up man, maybe next week you'll get that 48th one!
DANG, just one shot away from a 1200! I'd do good to get that much in 6 games, let alone 4 games.
You da MAN!

Awesome set! Tom Jordan still holds the 4 game record of 1198 (300-299-300-299) though, but a 47 bagger is still more impressive.

Will he get a 900 series ring?

That is a monster set.
I don't think he will get a 900 series because I think that series are the first 3. I could be wrong though.

USBC rules dictate that when bowling a set of more than 3 games but less than 6 games the score of the first three must be used for the total. Still a great set though.
-
Holy crap ... WOW! What did he leave in the first frame?
This a four-game league?
