Honestly, im a big guy too, im about 6'3" 300lbs.  If dale isnt 400ish, id be surprized.

As for everyone sticking up for him, or just for "big people".  Dale is massive, on TV, & looks tired after a half a game.  Add in that everyone has heard the stories of what an a-hole he is, & that fact that i dont know anyone thats ever liked either traber.

Cmon guys, who didnt expect this as soon as they saw him?

What i found to be funny was, after each shot, i couldnt watch his ball go down the lane, i just saw his gut jiggling after the shot & watched it to see if it stopped b4 the ball hit the pins.

It didnt!

I remember many years ago, I had a pin that I had gotten from a center where I knew people.  I had Dale sign it and the only thing he commented on was "This pin looks too good to just give to people to have signed."  I didn't think it was rude or anything, just a memory that sticks out.

I had just a thought.

If he ever got water on his shoe... he'd reenact the old amf sumo commercial. (Anyone got a clip, even youtube failed on this one )

OMG I can't breathe I laughed so hard at that I think I ruptured something inside. I haven't seen Dave in a while is he as large as his brother? If so why does he not look it, the last time I saw him on TV he looked larger than in the past but not as large as Dale unless I'm wrong.(could it be the pickles?)

Yeah, so imagine the poor sap in the Post Office truck delivering the next USBC magazine. Smoke coming from the engine...

the guy flat out throws a brutal ball, its hideous to watch and so is he. He has alot of credentials, and he somehow finds a way to score obviously, how LOL who knows but it makes me sick to watch his game. No clue how that body holds up over long marathon tournaments. That was an absolute nightmare for the PBA when he made the show, imagine what they were thinking about their image.
