rumor in my area is that dexter did not pay to be on the pba so they are not allowed to be worn in a pba event...has anyone heard this or have any info on this...?

False. Dexter chose not to resign as a SPONSOR. They are still a product registered company with the PBA. You really should buy Etonics though !!!

i had heard this from an etonic rep. and the new etonics look great...so maybe i will try them

yes, they are an official pba sponsor. there is also an etonic championship in new york on november 18. jeff, does etonic have plans to make a shoe that has interchangeable heels as well as the soles ?
