I think the telecast of the bowling stadium is by far the best of all the telecasts the PBA offers.

-Better camera angle (overhead, 2nd to Japan Cup)
-Bigger audience
-More professional production

They should use the overhead straight angle all the time.  The 45 degree to the side angle sucks and you can't get an understanding of what the ball is doing at all.

The dislike of WRW by some people on these boards is incredible. It always amazes me the amount of people that revel in the misfortune of those at the top of the tree.

Smacks of jealousy in my opinion, probably either the Crankers who hate anybody who can't belly the ball using a plastic, lefties or those that think they are the muts nuts because they can average 230 on a wall but less than 200 on a PBAX or tough pattern.

I would have got away with it if it was not for those pesky kids (Behind my lane) and those blasted 10 pins.

Or none of the above.

Seriously.  Have you ever met the man (under circumstances other than him being a PBA ham or hocking his crap)?  He is a grade-A prick.  Self-centeredness is his most glaring characteristic, and gods forbid any of the "little people" try to talk to him.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time he was a jerk to me - that was when we bowled together in a pro-am and he refused to even acknowledge the little peons he was forced to bowl with.  To make it even better, he shot 170 with us.

The second time was after I earned my card and we were bowling in a PBA regional.  I made the mistake of writing down his score (something pros often do for each other after a game), and he came unglued on me - as if I wasn't capable of copying his 235 from the monitor just as efficiently as he was.

Ever since that second encounter, I've enjoyed every flub, failure, and falling the man has experienced.  It'll do him well to learn a little humility.

Of course, his failure on Sunday was not his fault - blame it on the rack.  Jeez...  Can't even admit he threw it like a junior fluffer.

Sounds 100% correct with what some of my college teammates said when THEN at the time he was my hero.  They said he was a total butthole.  This was back in 2001.  8 years later, I bet nothing has changed.

This is why I like Pete Weber more.  People cry about his crotch chops and stuff but if you meet him, he is pretty cool.  Tommy Jones is also nice.  And Robert Smith by many on here is probably the nicest.
