Chameleon Championships---Ultimate Scoring Championships
« on: November 14, 2008, 08:57:32 AM »
I've been watching the round of 32 and the round of 16 match play for the Chameleon Championships and I got to thinking.

Sunday the finals of the Chameleon Championships will air at 1 pm. They will then tape delay the Ultimate Championships at 3 pm as per the pba website.

To my question, will the previous lane pattern (chameleon) effect the reaction of the ultimate scoring pattern???

Reason why I ask...well I read many posts on br.com (mainly Jeff Carter and his insight into the PBA tour) that talk about the lanes tightning up squad after squad.

Opinions anyone???

Yes, it probably will affect how it plays and transitions.

That was my guess while watching the show.  The PBA tends not to double strip the lanes in most cases.  So there would definitely be some memory of the Chameleon pattern on the TV pair from being ran from Wednesday on.
