Umm...Walter Ray is from Florida, and Tony Reyes, PJ Haggerty, and Robert Smith are all (originally, though Robert now lives elsewhere) from California.

Speaking of which:

Tony Reyes
Michael Haugen
Mike DeVaney
PJ Haggerty
Robert Smith

I think Sterner is from Georgia.

None from Alabama.

Brian Voss is from Georgia.  I don't know if there are any other PBA tour members from here.

Neither Paul Yoder nor Mike Miller are currently on tour.  There's also Gary Skidmore in ABQ - also not touring.  But I think all three of them have bowled a regional or two in the not so distant past.

All three are involved with local bowling centers.  Gary owns Holiday Bowl in ABQ, and Paul has his pro shop there.  Mike is the owner of Tenpins & More in Rio Rancho along with his sister, Dana Miller-Mackie, and her husband, Steve Mackie.
