BJ Moore.

Easy name

I thought the original poster didn't post the name in case someone read this thread and had not yet watched his recording of the show.

Yes, it's an easy name and he's an excellent bowler. Amazing revs and speed he gets on the ball. Can hardly believe he hasn't won yet.

There seemed to be some tension between Barnes and Pedersen.  When Barnes gave his prediction for who he felt would win, Pedersen really got sarcastic about the answer and threw some serious attitude.

Agreed.  I believe Rob Stone asked Barnes what he would do on the left lane and said something along the lines of I'd move 4 with my feet or something.  Then Stone asked Randy what he would do and he was like uh uh uh I wouldn't move at all.

Definitely tension between Barnes and Peterson. I think they worked through it, after that move in the first frame discussion.

I liked that Barnes agreed with Peterson that Prather should have moved 4 & 2, but Barnes would probably have moved 2 & 1 and that would not have been enough.  An admission that this pattern on those lanes were really rough.

I've got say those 4 bowlers were amazing, adjusting with balls, speed, loft, turn, rev rate, all through very few games on TV. Incredible skill set.

I'm no fan of "fro boy" but I thought he turned the corner in that 2nd game and was going to go all the way.

I laughed out loud at Rob Stone's "too soon?" comment about a certain bowler not using a spare ball.

The show is very entertaining and its nice to see all four bowlers fighting for positioning. I was wondering why there is no beverage company capitalizing on the opportunity of the bowlers drinking from the plastic bottle. Whats up with that ? What am I not understanding ? Thanks

Probably because the PBA doesn't know how to market itself.

Pepsi is a huge sponsor of bowling...you would think they could have Aquafina bottles all over the place!

So what's the reason Pepsi is not putting anything on the bottles ? With Jason being the man I think its time something should be done. I think Jason is an influencer in this day and age. How long did it take the other legends to get 10 majors ? No knock on any of them. Now should be the time to push the face of the PBA weather you like him or not. To bad the WSOP is on during the NCAA tournament. Moved to another date it could attract more views. Just my thoughts.

It has ranged from 3 to 5 per season since the 50's-60's.  I believe it was originally three, then went to four, then 5, then back to 4 with some retroactive business going on for a few years.

What Belmo has done is definitely history, regardless of the number of available majors to win each year.  In 10 years he has 21 total tour wins, 11 of which are majors.  That is impressive.

Thing is his 1st Major win was in 2011, I believe. So he has 11 in just 8 yrs. & 10 in the last 6 yrs. & there is 1 more to go this year. He's definitely a Major force to be reckoned with!
