According to the schedule the TOC is suppose to be on TV at 4:30pm eastern time on Fox Sports so why do I have Nascar on my television??? This is such BS

It was on local Fox in the LA market as well

Now I feel stupid. I actually meant Fox. At least my DVR knew the right channel!

Does everyone's DVR record this as a series? I recently switched services within my provider and all the former bowling telecast would be listed as a series so I could just tell the DVR to record "bowling" or "PBA bowling". Now I have to record them all individually. So, is FOX/FOX Sports doing it differently or is it my cable provider?

For me its PBA Bowling. Hope this helps!

Good question. My cable provider is Verizon. I have to record each tournament individually. Before Fox/Fox Sports aired PBA Bowling, I still had to record on an individual basis.

Hi Strider,
I own a Tivo and had the same problem. For some reason, maybe the listing had the name of the Open so it kept skipping those, my Tivo would not record the old ESPN bowling shows. I eventually found that Tivo offered another option to record shows called a Wishlist. You can select various search options so I chose a keyword 'Bowling' and I don't think I have missed one since, although I do sometimes record some other program with the word 'bowling' in it.
I tried PBA Bowling but found that I missed the ladies and youth bowling programs or the USBC ones, so I changed it to just 'Bowling'.
Maybe your dvr offers something similar?
