Dream Title Matches
« on: July 17, 2008, 01:47:38 PM »
Someone in the other thread I posted said he'd love to see a certain match on TV (I can't remember lol).  So, I liked that idea and decided to run away with it.  What matches do you want to see, for the title?

PBIII vs WRW Jr
Weber vs Duke
Simard vs Tommy Jones
Simard vs Robert Smith
Page vs whoever the rookie of the year is in 08-09

Any of the possible parent-child matches, especially Dick vs. Pete Weber.
Tony Reyes vs. Rhino Page (just because I kind of like both bowlers)
Chris vs. Lynda Barnes (who really rules that household?!  LOL)
PA vs. Rhino (Mentor vs. Protege)
PDW vs. Sean Rash (would definitely require 5-sec. tape delay)
Jeff Carter vs. anyone (just to see Jeff make a final would be nice!)

I saw a few of those pot games after the US Open in whenever it was in 2008.  Sean Rash decided to take on a local guy on a dead US Open shot.  It was pretty silly, nobody was doing well at all and they just kept bowling like there was no tomorrow.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if that local guy was Joe Stillman lol.

Agreed. And it also wouldn't surprise me if he kicked the crap out of Sean Rash. Sean has a tendency to lose to amateurs... Just ask Lynda Barnes.

Since it's just dreaming, how about these matches with all the players in their prime:

Earl Anthony vs. Walter Ray Williams, Jr.
Dick Weber vs. Pete Weber
Carmen Salvino vs. Norm Duke
Mark Roth vs. Robert Smith

As in exempt players I'd love to see:

Norm Duke vs Ryan Shafer
Tommy Jones vs Chris Barnes
Danny Wiseman vs Chad Kloss
Rhino Page vs Jason Couch

Uhh, Dan, I think he meant matches here on earth. So that would only be in a dream because, if my memory serves, Dick has passed to that great bowling alley in the sky.  Sooo, it won't be happening.
