Round of 32 Seedings
« on: February 11, 2005, 03:34:31 AM »
Is it me or does anyone else not like the round of 32 seedings???

I guess I just don't see the point of qualifying if you are going to seed the top 32 based on their rankings aftter qualifying.  I know the real purpose of the qualifying round, but after is what I have the problem with.

Walter Ray is a perfect example.  He qualified 19th(if I remember), yet he is the top seed.  He bowled Wilcox, who qualified 4th, yet is the 32nd seed.  That is truly not fair at all to Wilcox, nor to anyone who actually qualified higher in the qualifying rounds.

Anyone else bothered by this re-seeding???
