When I relocated to NC about 10 years ago I took with me an old PBA BOOK that they gave out at PRO/AM's I have been unsuccessful in searching for it .. I'm going to try again. That would be a good reference for his name .. good man/nice win .. poker is a tough game!

Maybe he used another name on Tour.
I don't recall that name, David Bach, and I watched bowling on TV for a long time.

Several postings on my Facebook page noting that he was a bowler. Competed in High Rollers and someone found a listing for him at the U.S. Open one year where he was a couple hundred under. I was mostly curious because press release makes it sound like he was a Touring Pro.

Well and how many guys, back when the tour was open to anyone with a card, would follow it around, bowl the tournaments for a few years but never get anywhere close to the top and then just go back home and do the regionals?  I know of several guys that went out and bowled a bunch of national tour events but never got a whiff of the money.

Eric, I believe you are correct -- there is a thread on the PBA South Region message board on Bach's win.  I was just curious because release makes it sound like he was a touring pro.
