My hometown friend

Mike DeVaney doing well again in the round of 64. He has been getting into the round of 16 regularly, but can't quite make it to the show. I know he had a couple of unexpected problems in prior weeks, but maybe this will be his time. Go Mike!

He had a pretty good year last year. I remember seeing his name and face quite a bit.

Yes, Mike has been consistent since getting his start out there. He has been a consistent casher/competitor, & has acquired most of his points the hard way. He has made several shows, however just one title to his credit. As we all know, there are top notch players out there & titles are well earned. Just hoping he is due for another one!
