Title: PWBA and U.S. Open

Since the PWBA has licensed from the BPAA the rights to hold the U.S. Open, what will happen to the Open if the PWBA folds?  Do the rights automatically revert back to the BPAA?  After all the crap the BPAA got from the ladies last time, would they even be interested in holding it?
