Title: Ball Comparison
Post by: edw on March 05, 2014, 01:10:12 PM
Thinking about buying these (2) Radical Bowling Balls to replace these (2) Storm Bowling Balls

Reax versus Sync
Reax Pearl versus Virtual Gravity Nano Pearl

The Reax is a smoother motion overall than the Sync. Both balls are able to handle quite a bit of oil, however it seems to be a common theme where the Sync is more useable on a house shot than the Reax.

I'm actually not too sure on the comparison of the Reax Pearl vs. Nano Pearl. Both provide strong backend reactions, but I believe that the Nano Pearl could possibly handle more oil (not be so squirty) if you were to change the surface

I would get a reax v2 and a grease monkey . However your two choices will work great. The sync sucks

after tattoo's comment, the Reax V2 would compare more with the Sync than the original Reax

For what you are looking for I would recommend getting a Solid Reax V2 and a Reax V2 pearl aka Barney.  These two balls are a perfect compliment for each other.  Your solid will be smooth and controllable while if you're looking for a stronger backend motion you can switch to the V2 pearl.

Reax V2 and Reax V2 Pearl would be the better comparison/option or you can look at the Yeti Unleahed and Yeti Untamed as another option.
