Title: Guru makes very impressive first night appearance
Post by: robertbrowder on October 21, 2014, 06:39:45 AM
Wow what a first night with the Guru: 248,259,300=807
I drilled the Guru 45 x 5-7/8 x 40 (pin up), thanks Mo for the suggestion on the drill, and wow the downlane motion is absolutly monstrous. The Guru is going to change the landscape of bowling this year. Thanks again to Team Radical for making great equipment.

Thanks.
Used the Guru again last night: 279,247,236 = 762
Had one of those mental lapses in the 9th frame of the last game to kill a shot at 800. The Guru is going to change some peoples minds about Radical. Thanks again to the entire Team at Radical and Brunswick!

What are you currently averaging in your leagues w/this Radical equipment Robert?

You're having an astronomical season it seems..

I am hearing goof things about it as well.  I know a brunswick pro shop guy that is screaming about this one.

Currently in my 3 leagues: Monday - 238, Wednesday - 240, Friday - 243.
Since joining the Radical Team in June last year I've had great success. I've had over 30 Honor scores including my 3 highest series (858, 868, 889) and my highest end of year average 242. The equipment Phil, Mo, and the Radical/Brunswick Team are producing is absolutly incredible.
Thanks again to Phil, Mo, & Robert Lawrence for giving me the opporunity to represent Radical.

The Guru has turned alot of heads and I've gotten alot of questions about it in the first 2 nights I've used it.

I have two undrilled I am going to have to sell. It looks like a great ball but I think it will be too close to my Intellect. I love the Intellect but I can't use it very often unless I want to be near gutter to gutter to start the second game.

I did get to try out my DV8 Thug last night and love it. 743 out of the box with 1 open each game. Much smoother then the Schizo and allows me not get as deep as early. A lot of good stuff with these new releases.
