I have yet to get mine drilled. Has anybody thrown this ball or seen it thrown in person? What are your thoughts?

Probably not ideal on any house shot you will ever see. Ball burns up in your back swing (at least More Cash did for me). Heavy long sport is condition ball needs. If going to try and force it on house will need super weak drilling and polish.

Did not like the ball, ball sucks on THS unless the volume is there up front. On PBA league ball was always not enough ball. Just didn't match up at all with it..Hopefully you will have better success..

Essentially, you are saying that the ball needs a lot of oil up front yet it struggles on actual heavy, flatter patterns?

Sorry, its needs oil. BUT, on house the ball is not good even with heavier oil. On tougher shots the ball is not good but the only way it looks decent for me is head oil. It just doesn't come close to the ball that was advertised for me..
I tried it from 1000 to 4000 and the ball just did not match up at all. Another guy in our league had one, he is around 14 mph and around 200 revs and he hated the ball. Drilled pin up, did not like. Drilled pin down, did not like. I talked to several people about this ball and only one person liked the ball. Drill it with your favorite drilling and adjust surface to see what will work, hopefully you can hit on something. Good luck!

Yikes, it sounds like you are describing my old Katana Dragon. I suspect that the Cash is very sensitive to the bowler's roll pattern like the Dragon. Most I know couldn't get the Dragon to do a damn thing. I got mine to move as long as my rotation was exact (otherwise, I would whiff the head pin badly). IMO, if certain bowler cannot get a "hook monster" to move even on the proper lane conditions, than it simply means the ball does not match up to the bowler's roll pattern. I might consider selling the Cash to an unsuspecting sucker, haha!

If you had the Katana Dragon then you know what you are in for. Cash just a touch weaker IIRC. Pretty much agree with JD didn't match up with ball for crap either. Figured maybe it was condition specific for conditions I don't see but had feeling just kind of a turd ball. Telling they haven't reused that core since the More Cash.

Too much for most THS. We have a center that puts out decent oil and I've seen some good stuff thrown with a Cash.

Not a fan of the older radical balls. However the new stuff is awesome. If you want a hook monster that stores energy and backends, drill a conspiracy solid. The pearl is awesome as well, just ask Walter ray he’s killing it with conspiracy pearl. Intels are great symmetrical balls for mediums. Squatch is another versatile piece.

This ball was garbage for me. Never hooked on anything that I threw it on. Wasn't rolling forward.. Just rotating down the lane and not moving.. I guess just burning up enough to do just not enough.. I guess that is how is still it up. I guess I would agree it didn't match with my roll pattern.

More Cash has actually started to redeem itself slightly since I worked so hard on reducing my axis tilt. Still nothing special but at least moves some for me now. Still prefer the Quantums much more. Can get away with those super high friction covers on higher RG balls much easier at least for me.

You know, I have been working on reducing my axis tilt and increasing my axis rotation by keeping a more cupped wrist (as opposed to cocked). Certain balls that wouldn't do much are all of a sudden hook monsters now. The old Storm particle balls have that "go left in a rolly fashion" type reaction. My new release has made my Storm El Nino Xit and Storm La Nina into smooth hook monsters. The Sure Lock went from a controlled heavy rolling ball to a booming hook monster that is unusable now on most conditions.
I was watching JR Raymond's review of the Gravity Evolve and noticed that when he flattened his hand out and went up the lane, the Evolve completely died on the backend. When JR decided to move in and rotate the axis of the ball more, he got a lot more reaction out of it like you would expect. That somewhat mirrors how the El Nino Xit and La Nina responded to my hand. In general, I noticed Storm's hook monsters respond better to those who have stronger/cleaner releases. Bowlers who are lazy with their release (spinning, topping the ball, weaker wrist) will get a lazy Storm hook monster. I cannot say that this is a solely a Storm thing but in my perception it is most prominent with Storm stuff.

Kind of what I have seen as well. You would think strong balls are always strong no matter what and would be better for spinners but often isn't the case. For whatever reason on house shot high RG mid strength stuff has been very good to me even though on paper shouldn't be the case. Lower tilt finally is allowing my low RG stuff to bloom and enjoying it quite a bit.
