Katana Legend vs. Conspiracy Pearl
« on: March 16, 2019, 10:59:05 AM »
A friend of mine is looking to replace his original Katana. How does the Legend compare to the OG, and how is it compared to the Conspiracy Pearl?

The Legend is very similar to the original, the Legend has a bit more pop down lane but tell your friend it is a perfect replacement short of buying another original.

I have all three and the Legend is indeed a similar motion to the original Katana but with a slightly more angular down lane motion. The Conspiracy Pearl is totally different IMHO, it clear the fronts better than either the original Katana or the Legend, and has a much more pronounced back end finish. I have the Conspiracy Pearl 2-3 feet longer and about 3-4 more boards overall hook.

Conspiracy peal is a beast. No other company’s bowling balls backends like radical. Not even storm. I mean these balls just don’t quit. The continuation through the pins is unreal.

I can only speak about the Conspiracy Pearl... (CP)  Get it now!...  Don't just sit there reading.  Get up now and go get one!  LOL.

In terms of Radical balls, I have owned the Reax Gusto, Guru Mighty, Guru, and now the CP.  It puts the other balls to shame in terms of down lane reaction.  It is one of the quickest down lane that I have ever used.  And that includes balls from Storm, RotoGrip, Columbia, and Ebonite.  It's that good!  And I didn't want to believe it, but Dynamacore is real.  LOL.  The ball hits like a truck!

And no, I don't work for any ball companies nor am I on any company's ball staff.  The CP is an awesome ball if you like something that is a breeze through the front of the lane and strong down lane.

Get it now!

Peace

I’m with you dc. Just drilled a cp, squatch, and both intels, to go along with the conspiracy solid. The continuation and backend on these are amazing. Hit like trucks.  After drilling last few storm, rg duds thought I’d give radical a try. Glad I did.
