Title: Like to contact Mo or Phil...

I've had a Torrid Affair crack all around the ball.
It's lightly used and about a year old, well taken care of.
I'd like to send to Phil or Mo to see what happened, I'll pay shipping. Just thought they would like to look at it, not looking for replacement, just why they think it might have happened. Used it last Tuesday and was going to use tomorrow and went to office to put in bag and found huge crack. This is my first Radial to crack.

Was contacted by Phil in less then 12 hours, can customer service be any better?
Had a great conversation with him and the problem is resolved.

 What exactly is the warranty period for Radical equipment.I have a Reax V2 that cracked last week and it's not much older than 1 yr and was in great shape.
