My winter scratch league puts out something very close to the Brunswick Phantom pattern for the first 11 weeks. http://www.brunswickbowling.com/downloads/patterns/2017_update_pdf/PHANTOM.pdf

I have a Tremendous on the way and I'm looking for suggestions on the layout.

Two weeks ago I threw the Bowler I.D. chip ball and here are my stats:
Ball speed: 15.1 mph
Rev Rate: 210.5 rpm
Tilt: 22.1 deg
Rotation: 50.3 deg
Axis Point (X): 5 11/16
Axis Point (Y): 1" UP

I plan to play straight through the heads or even a little right to left angle (right handed) and let the ball do the work at the end of the oil. My goal this season is to keep the ball in front of me and keep it close to the pocket on misses. Aka " straighter is greater"

Last year I was throwing mostly pin down balls and trying to belly the shot some. I don't feel that was all that successful.

This is my first Radical Ball. So I'm looking for some suggestions before going to see a new PSO

Phantom is 43 feet, flat, and a good amount of oil at almost 28 ml. I'd almost compare it to this year's d/s pattern in Vegas where a quicker response seemed more beneficial.

I just bowled on phantom recently but our lanes have a good amount of friction and the outside was playable because of it. I don't think I'd do anything crazy layout wise, but the Tremendous could be a good option for you. Just use a layout you've had success with before
