I drilled a Radical Time's Up solid in July and used it in a senior tournament in August. I had a few games on it and had the ball put up until I went to use it a few weeks ago. When I pulled it out of the bag it was cracked from the middle finger through the track area half way around the ball. I contacted Radical and told them that I dealt with Brian Bertsch from Brunswick. They turned the claim over to him and he hand delivered a Torrid Affair to replace it and he said that he wanted to take care of me, cause of my support to the Brunswick products. I must say that Brian is an awesome guy and he takes care of his customers! Thanks Brian and the ball rolls really great. Just my $.02, Bruce

Doesn't surprise me this happened as the Times Up was produced out of the 900 Global plant. That was the best thing that Radical could have done with getting out of there. You got a great upgrade too.
