The Uncaged did it again last night: 237-290-300=827
Its just impressive how much of an advantage this ball is. The only condition I haven't been able to throw it on is very heavy oil, it simply pushes too much. Mo and Phil nailed it on this one simply put the Uncaged is incredible. Thanks again to our entire Team at Radical!

I saw a 2014 Bowl Expo video clip of Phil. He was playing close to the vest, but he was really high on we know now to be the Uncaged. Here's the braintrust on it: Mo Pinel with the scoop core. Phil with the cover. Carmen Salvino with the projection/chemical friction additives.
Since Phil is one who doesn't like reinventing the wheel, but as he says tinker, I'm still curious to find out if this Uncaged has characteristics similar to the Sensor II or the other Track pearl that was a dominant piece circa mid-1990s. (Those two pieces made the late Dave D'Entremont look like a beast.)

One question I have, to either you Robert or the whole Radical team here at BR.com is how does the Yeti Uncaged compare to the original Reax Pearl? I have been having a hard time getting the Reax Pearl out of my hand...but I think I could score even better with a slighty different shape. Leaving of a lot of very solid 10's (6 pin going right around the bottom of the 10 pin) and trying to make small tweaks winds up either with mixer 7's, weak 10's or solid 9's (even a solid 7-9 last week). I think the strength of the Reax Pearl is right, just maybe a change in reaction shape will kick out a few of those 10's. Thanks for your insights.

For me my Uncaged is little longer and more continous than my original Reax Pearl, both have the same drill (45x5-9/16x70 pin down). The Uncaged gives me more room and flexibility than my Reax Pearl did. I can honestly say that the Uncaged is a very close second to my Reax Version 2 solid as my favorite benchmark ball.

I've been extremely impressed and intrigued by Radical and the equipment they have been putting out. I was and still am extremely depressed that I never had the chance to throw and MoRich bowling balls and I keep thinking Radical is my second chance. There stuff constantly impresses people.

The Reax will start up way sooner than the Uncaged would. The Uncaged would be cleaner and come off the spot more. Honestly since the Reax Pearl is your go to...the a uncaged would mesh with it well. This is another thing I love about Radical. You can fill a lot holes in your bag with shapes easier than any other line. They're complete in every way and the performance is second to none. I'm blessed to be able to be a rep for Big B. I'm not saying this because I am a rep, but let's face it we're not rich. So when you invest in equipment you want quality and premium performance. Radical is on to something and they're turning the bowling industry up side down with the pieces they're making. Not one person that brought one didn't come back without rave reviews about this piece.
