Times Up Solid

I picked one up from Buddies for $35. I cant find anything on the Radical website for information on this ball, they only list the new stuff since Mo came onboard. Can anybody give me some info on it?

planned on picking one up myself tomorrow. Its a pretty decent ball from my understanding. Good Solid covered ball for your THS.

I just drilled up a Times Up Solid a few weeks ago.  My layout is 60* 4-5/8" x 45*, no weight hole, box finish.  With this layout and finish, the Times Up Solid is very smooth and predictable.  I've used it on a medium THS, and I wanted a benchmark type ball reaction, and that is exactly what I got.  I don't cross a lot of boards or create a lot of angle on the backend with this layout/surface, but I wanted something very controllable.  I'm very impressed so far.

It's a great Medium oil ball for most bowlers, depending on drilling and how much hand you have you can use it on heavier conditions.

Solid rolls great and gives you a benchmark type reaction. For $35 bucks you can't go wrong.

It's an interesting thing. A few weeks ago it was 35, then it went back up to 65, now it went back down to 35. A few weeks ago I showed it to my son who was in the process of moving up from 10 pounds to 12 pounds (he had a IQ Tour Pearl on order at BowlerX....birthday present). At the time, they still had a couple Karma Urethanes at 12 pounds for $30. We put both in the cart and got free shipping. Two nice balls for a budding bowler's new arsenal for $65. Can't go wrong there.

When it went back up to $65 I kicked myself for not getting one for me. Now that it's back down to $35, I pulled the trigger. Tossed in another item to get my total to $50 for the free shipping. This will be my first new ball. My current balls were all bought used and I pretty much adopted how they were drilled and just had the thumb moved. With this one I guess I'll have Lee at bowlerX figure out my PAP, etc. then lay it out for me specifically. Kind of exciting actually. And cheaper than any used ball I've bought to boot.
