MB next to thumb on left side

no weight hole

drilled without grips but has a thumb slug

Sure, I have it up for trade for a month and for sale for 2 weeks and nothing, then I decide to give up, keep it and have it plugged/redrilled and now I get interest.  I might still sell it now but it is now on its second drill.
