Epic Battle-revisited

Have any of you guys been using your Battles with a polished surface? I know of at least three guys who have been having moderate to great success with polished battles. One guy uses his on a tracked up medium heavy shot. The other guy uses his on everything. Heavy oil, medium oil, and lite oil.

I thought using it on lite oil was pretty crazy, but he actually had a modicum of success with it, as long as he could keep his speed up!

This is a great piece. Now it's got me wondering about the Saga and the Odyssey.Hmmmm,.........

i polished mine and it makes it more versatile indeed. It doesnt burn up as early and you will get more continuation and back end especially if you are playing on lighter concentrations of oil. Even polished mine moves when other stuff i have wont, except in heavier oil. I dont think i ever see enough oil to use it at oob. When i did it didnt work anyway.

if u dont want to polish it look into an epic. My epic is the best ball in my bag . Its consistent, continuance, and reliable. It has awesome carry .When my battle starts to leave corners or come in high the epic gets the call. This is my second one and i was afraid it wouldnt be right ,but my driller hit the nail on the head and its as if i never had 2. the epic is a great ball.
