Resurrection----GREATLY underappreciated
« on: April 20, 2004, 11:05:25 AM »
The subject line says it all. This ball is not getting the "play" I expected it to when I first started throwing it. I figured more guys would get this into their hands.

If no one else-----I thought Ohio State fans would buy these up

I was looking to get this ball for med oil, or lanes with some carrydown...i currently throw my apocalypse on fresh lanes, throttle/r on dry, and vicious strike on oil...i was looking for a ball to fit between the apocalypse and vicious, and i thought of this ball, because i love how the apocalypse hits...would this be a good fit???

I think it would fit...EXCALIBER has seen it perform on some carry-down...

In comarison with the Apocalypse for me.....the Ressurections starts up a bit sooner and is not quite as strong on the backend. The Apocalypse for me was all about backend......as soon as it hit dry it was gone. Do not get me wrong, the Ressurection is strong on the backend, just a notch below the Apocalypse.

I know I'm a little late with this but I just got my RR in for testing.  Driiled 4.5x2.5, on a med lite to med condition, this ball was unstoppable.  It was very smooth and continous throughout the lane with great hitting power as well.  Tugged the line and it held all the way down to slash a 10 and get it right to the dry, it simply responded with a very nice strong arc to the pocket.  Actually left a couple of 9's at 14lbs.  I saw a very predictable reaction with very good hitting power out of this ball.  Definitely another winner in Roto's line, good job Hank and Roger.
