cell cracked what do i do?
« on: May 13, 2009, 08:25:56 AM »
i took a video of the damage. its pretty severe not possible to repair i would think. and as the title suggests im not quite sure what i should do. and before someone posts it was kept at room temperature in my well....room; not it was not left in the car, garage, shed or basement. and im fairly certain it is not because of me.

deadeye,

Definitely looks like a defective product.  Hopefully if you have a good pro shop operator he will replace the ball for you immediately and get credit for it through his distributor.  That is definitely the fastest way.  Don't hesitate to contact me if you need anything.

In the future try to make sure your driller keeps the Pin 1" minimum from the Pin.

Thanks,
