Anybody else notice that these are a tad similar in Core Shape and RG/RG Differential... And both are designed for Medium to Lighter Oil?

Just curious?

Lots of cores look "similar". Often they do not react similarly, because you can't take the core "out of context". The reaction is ALWAYS based on cover + core (PLUS, of course, bowler).

The Too Hot was a serious Skid/flip ball, while the Neptune is anything but.

my brother has a too hot and that ball "hooks" on medium conditions, but I agree, the too hot is a back end ball for sure.
