I havent personally thrown a black widow pearl but i have thrown the cell pearl and from watching someone throw the black widow pearl it doesnt seem to handle the same amount of oil as the cell pearl. the black widow is strong off the dry but a touch of oil and it kind of skates. The cell pearl on the other hand is a beast. It is strong off the break and can handle carrydown a little better.
