Title: Compliments to the SSP
Post by: slickboobie on March 15, 2004, 11:43:12 PM
Which other balls in the RG line or other lines for that matter are great compliments to the SSP one or two for more oil and one or two for less oil, also is the sonic boom a good compliment to the SSP or is there a overlap there???

thanks

The Sonic line (Sonic Boom, Sonic X, Sonic X Solid) is great for lighter oil and the Fuel line (Pure Fuel, Top Fuel, Apocalypse) all work well for more medium and medium - heavier patterns.

Thanks,

I have found the SonicX origional a great compliment to the SSP. I drilled it a bit stronger than what I needed, but a quick application of Black Magic and voila....a super ball!
For heavier oils, I intend to look at the Top Fuel or Apocolypse as my next Roto....and you can't go wrong with Rogers suggestions!

Sorry .. I can't make comparisons to the balls you mention .. however .. I have to tell you .. The APOCALYPSE is a heck of a ball. If I had to make a comparison I would say it's equal to (maybe better then) the GOLDEN NUGGET but a lot more reasonable in price!
