Low Rg Low Diff from Roto?
« on: December 30, 2012, 12:13:08 AM »
Howdy to the Kingdom....any idea if Roto intends to offer something akin to the IQ tour series in the storm lineup. As a recent lefty convert my first ball was a used Mars surfaced at 1000. The low diff was perfect for me at the time; now that I have more strength and speed...I would like to see a low rg offering w a hybrid cover

More than likely, you will not see that type of release right now from Rotogrip. Storm has already done the R&D for the new core in the !Q tour solid and pearl, which is why they cost as much as the Solid !Q. Rotogrip would be undercutting the sales of their sister companies hot new release by doing so. It's the same way to which you didnt see storm come out with a dull finished pearl until Rotogrip began to discontinue the Critical Theory, and then the Lucid came out.
You may see releases like the Tour Edition balls from Storm in the Roto lineup, but not for a good while.

No problem. Also, there's nothing wrong with the Storm versions. :) The two roll pretty darn decent.
