No Rules Pearl
« on: January 04, 2017, 10:53:16 AM »
The No Rules Pearl is amazing. I drilled mine 4x4x2 and my PAP is 4 5/8 x 11/16. I play 35 to 5 and what I love about the No Rules Pearl is that when I am playing this line the ball is not overly aggressive it has a smooth controllable, predictable and easy to adjust break point. If I miss inside the ball reads well and does not overreact, she sits inside and still commands the pocket as if I played way outside. The one thing I look for in a bowling ball for me is how well does it read the middle part of the lane. This ball reads the middle part of the lane amazingly and if she finds a dry spot she continues through until she is supposed to hook. I drilled this up and out of the box I shot a 300. Over the last 8 days of bowling and 2 tournaments I have average 244.72. This ball is a must for all bowlers and you will not be disappointed. I wasn’t.

bambam300300,

What would you compare this to in the current/previous Storm/Roto Line? I have one coming in next week and debating how to drill. Any Idea how it would compare to the Snaplock? Thank you

NRP covers more boards than the earlier rolling Snap Lock

Comparable more to the Hyper Cell Skid... but with more back end
Starting 5:

Crux Formula, Golden Gate, Super Idol, IQ Tour Rising, Pitch Red

REmarcaBOWL,

I have been checking out your comparison videos, thank you for the reply. How about to the Daredevil? I know covers are the same. I have my Daredevil drilled 60x3 3/8 x50 and looking for the NR pearl to be a step above the Daredevil. Any recommendations on Layout? I am thinking 50x4 x40. Thank you

Could he mean that he stands 35 and aims for a breakpoint at the 5 board?
That sounds not unreasonable.
I'm fairly sure he doesn't mean he lofts the gutter to hit the 7th arrow (35 board), just to use this strong a ball.

I was just a few boards shy with my feet, but the 5 board area was my spot last night. so you most like are right... 35 to 5....
