I just ordered the Grand Illusion through Jeff Carter and the Cell pearl locally and would like some help with recommendations to drill the GI and the Cell pearl to compliment each other.
The Cell is drilled with the pin about 1 inch above the ring finger MB kicked right about 2 inches 1000 Ablaron no polish.
So now I have a Grand Illusion and Cell pearl to fit into my arseanl. Any recommended drillings would be appreciated.
Under the Cell right now I have the following:
Dimension/Mighty Shift both with pins below the ring finger MG about 2 inches right
Agent pin along side the ring finger MB kicked righ about 2 inches
Special Agent with pin above the bridge and MB about 1 1/2 inches right of thumb polished
Neptune pin below the ring finger and CG kicked right a little.
I have about 350 revs, speed about 16.5-17 and bowl in several centers that have varying lane conditions.
Thanks in advance.

Drill them both 4 1/2 pin to pap and the mb on the cell pearl at 4 1/2-5 inches, they will be different and I have them both pin over ring area.
The GI is stronger overall and handles oil and carrydown better but is below the Cell with no issues, Great balls will overlap other stuff but i doubt you already know this as it is.

Ya I agree with barry. Stay 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 on the pin. And 4-5 on MB to PAP. I have a 5x3 drill pin up on mine, and with about the same amount of revs as you and speed. I have to have a good amount of oil or the ball burns up on me. I have found I have to keep my normal speed and take about 1/4 of my hand out of the ball to get great results lately, bu then again there seems to be oil shortage as of lately.
