Epic Battle vs RSX
« on: February 15, 2006, 12:56:17 PM »
I have recently purchased a NIB Epic Battle and a like new used RSX and want to put one in my arsonal and was curious which ball would be more versatile for medium-medium heavy conditions. I have never had a RG ball and would like some comments from some RG guys..

thanks in advance..

Well , they're 2 different animals!!

One is a strong solid particle asymmetrical

the other is a symmetrical solid reactive which is also a strong ball but not like the Battle.

FOR ME....a strong asymm is very versatile because you have a lot of 'fine-tuning' options when drilling.  That along w/ cover adjustments makes the Battle versatile.

Meanwhile, the RSX is a strong reactive with a nice low rg hard reving symmetrical core that most appear to love.  Seems to fit nicely in the medium to medium heavy range,...also, just by it's basic characteristics, and versatile ball as well.

Depending on what you really need to fill in your arsenal, or, what conditions you need covered should determine where you need to go.

Is the RSX in box condition ? Does it fit your span and do you need to redrill?

Message me w/ questions........but first off....what do you NEED in your arsenal right now?
