How does a ec compare to the nrp?
-
somebody chime in on this please, I'm wondering as well

In the simplest terms, the Eternal Cell has a less angular ball motion than the No Rules Pearl.

So more mid than back end motion is what Im assuming.

Yes. EC acts more like a typical dull ball than a typical polished ball. I think that's why a lot of house bowlers did not like it (reaction just wasn't violent enough).

I seen this exact reaction from bowlers who used it at my local houses before getting rid of them.

Eternal Cell is a great ball for me on flatter patterns as it is great in the mid-lane. I know what you all are talking about with regards to the ball motion but I do keep surface on it and it's more of a tournament ball for me. It does excel at that and it's a valuable motion to have in the bag.
For house conditions though, it may not be the most recommended. That doesn't make it a bad ball by any means though. It a fantastic ball for what it is. For those who didn't like it, I'm not sure why exactly they were expecting a THS killer.....

Agreed. I got bashed for making such a comment. Glad I'm not the only one that saw it differently in their area.
