I was at my proshop today checking out the new Battle when I saw that under the serial number it had a star and said USBC. Curious to see if that was something new on bowling balls I looked at one of the other Battles he had and it didn't have the "star USBC". Ilooked at the other 3 he had and they all had the "star USBC". Does anyone know what this means if anything?

Is there anyway to explain why one of them didn't have it?

It was suppose to be effective January 1st, but everything had to be officially changed over by March 1st (I believe). If we made some balls before the new year (test runs) than that could be why also.
