Had some fun with this one. Interestingly enough, despite the obscene lack of objectivity in my opinion videos, they've been more popular than my review videos. Fun matters. Thanks for watching.

Man if I weren't going on deployment I'd buy that ball
-
So you gonna try out the hot cell since you already got surprised by one ball of these new releases? Haha
-
Wishful thinking on your part, he's already acknowledged that urethane doesn't match up to them.

I know. He also said he hates hustles.... hence why I said one of these new releases shocked him, why not try another

I've had a lot of requests for the Hot Cell, so I may dip my toe into that pool, but yeah, urethane and I are doubtful. Doesn't matter how good it is, that shape and I just will never jive, with my kind of inside out game, I need skid and recovery, all that early and smooth does for me is create over/under nightmares. However, I may at least get the ball to do the video, and who knows, may be like the Trick on longer and heavier stuff, might be perfect for the right condition. For those who like urethane though, this ball will be a winner, no doubt in my mind.

Thank you for taking the time to do these vids Luke, they are much appreciated by the BR KY delegation. :P :P
I'm interested as to how this ball works for you as you throw it on multiple lane surfaces....please update as you throw it on wood and the low/high friction synthetic surfaces.
This ball has my attention.

Im horny for this ball.
-
Luke, as always excellent videos

I have zero wood options in the area and haven't bowled on wood in probably a decade, BUT I do have a higher friction synthetic surface coming up in about a month. We have 17 year old first gen pro lane, so harder and lower friction surface newer, currently higher friction in the track, so ball reaction can be weird, but there's a lot of new gen pro lane in the area that's only a few years old, I imagine it will look even better on that stuff, I always have to be really rolly with stuff at my home house where I do the videos because the lane surface is so hard that nothing really backends much, so I've gotta force more shape out of stuff more often than not.

I went from wondering why I was wasting my time on a Hustle to this in 3 shots.
Im horny for this ball.

How do you think the Thrilled coverstock compares to R2S?
I'm curious as to what differences on the lane we should expect when compared to the Hy-Road and Hy-Road Pearl. All 3 in one bag would seem very overlapping I would assume.
-
I'm not sure yet but I'm going to find out. I know the Hyroad is going to be more ball, and earlier, Hyroad pearl is slower and smoother off the spot but still more hook. I'd have to say you're right though, no need for all 3 of those in the bag I wouldn't think.
