I just ordered an Epic Odyssey.

I just ordered an Epic Odyssey from my local pro shop. Can't wait to get it, but will have to of course. :-)

I'm probably going to drill it with the pin just below the ring finger, a strong drill as I'm have relatively slow ball speed...and medium revs. My favored line is standing somewhere around 27, out over 15, breakpoint 10 or 11, and into the pocket.

My understanding is that this ball is replacing the Epic in the Roto Grip lineup. Is that correct? Therefore it should be a little less on heavy oil than the Epic Battle, but much more than the Epic Saga. Correct? Advise? Funny stories?

Chuck :-)

Way more ball than the Epic i had 2 of the first epics they are not even close to the power of this ball, ball is stronger than the battle. I rough buffed the ball and now it gleams from being nice and shiny. Ball lost alittle of the over flippy ball motion that it had in box and now is still just strong overall.

Mine is pin over ring and mb is just right and below the thumb basically a assymetrical flip drilling and it sures does that.
