Title: Just ordered a Critical Theory
Post by: agroves on November 08, 2011, 03:44:20 AM
So, I ordered a critical theory.  I expect it will be a nice addition to my array of bowling balls.  I hoping it will fill my med to heavy oil ball spot.

Current stuff:

Storm 2nd Dimension:  5 1/4 pin, 60* val angle

Columbia Power Swing:  4.5 pin, 60* val angle

Brunswick Rampage:  5.5 pin, 30* val angle

Ebonite Raid:  45 x 4.25 x 40*

Columbia Momentum:  4 pin, 40* val angle

Columbia Momentum Swing:  4 pin, 30 val angle

Lots of oldies in there, but I just haven't had much luck with new, super covers.  Still have a RipR, but it is too hit or miss for my liking.

Layout for the CT:  60 x 4 1/4 x 40

Does anyone have a comparison of anything I have compared to the CT?

It will handle all the oil you can imagine and then some.

I have mine set up pin under Bridge and it is almost to much for PBA Scorpion. I have never seen a ball get off the spot quite like the Critical Theory. At OOB it gets off the spot like a polished ball would be the best way I can explain it. It gets down the lane really nice also just glides through the heads and mid lane the read is smooth and controllable yet angular enough to make the corner easily.
