List your favorite older Roto Grip balls!
« on: April 24, 2009, 03:09:50 AM »
I was just wondering how long some of you guys and ladies have been using Roto Grip and what are some of your favorite balls or ball line, plus what did you like about this ball or ball and the line: Fuel line, Silver Streak line, Assault, etc....
Mine are in no particular order:
Assault-strong roll with finish
Apocalypse-length with great midlane read with awesome break point
Top Fuel-similar to Apocalaypse with a little earlier read and still big finish.
RSX-still using one! When all else fails I go to this ball for control with strong finish.
Horizon pearl-Clean through the heads with a super strong finish!
Thanks for reply and especially for using Roto Grip-King of them All!

had a SD-73, holy cow did that thing hook hook and hook some more, i think it rivals even the cell, the epic line was god like, the battle, saga, odyssey, the quest they were all great balls but the old roto grip that really stands out in my mind that even stood out when it came out:

The Bandit 2

what a ball that was, so much hook for even a old ball....

for me its hands down the epic odessy i have two of these one at box finish(2000 abrlon) and the other (1000 abrlon polished) the box finished one can handle the heavy stuff with the best of them. and the polished one goes long and snaps as hard as anything out there today. love this ball.
