Mars or Rising Star
« on: February 19, 2011, 02:51:53 AM »
Looks like the mars is a little less ball, would they overlap too much, I have a mars.  Also I believe the Mars is made with no filler due to the core size, not sure that makes a difference or not......

The rising star is a decent bit stronger than the Mars. Perhaps a little stronger layout and/or some surface on the Rising Star and you'll be good.

Personally I don't think those 2 balls roll similar at all. The Mars was weaker with a lot more around the corner, the Rising Star is a lot smoother. Frankly, the Rising Star makes a much more usable ball motion. I think it may be one of the more versatile middle/entry balls on the market. It's definitely worth a look for almost any game.
