RS-X didnt impressed me
« on: February 10, 2007, 12:01:26 PM »
yup, as the title, it didnt impressed me, it AMAZED me!

had a terrible day, since i dont have car and my friend was not available, i had to take the bus to go to the alley, first bus waited for extra 10 mins (it came late) then the combination was late 15 mins. When the bus came, the stupid driver didnt stop! i was like U SOTB! WTF IS WRONG? extremely pissed went walkin to the alley since they next bus will be in 40-50 mins...

spent my brunswick valentine cupon, for 99cents for 10 games. started with my terminal velocity, with soft hand and with pretty decent amount of oil (my guess is max used for no more than 5 games) so left it behind and went to the RS-X. not too bad, first game, with no warm up was 225+ little bit of inconsistency on the breakpoint, i was still trying to figure out few new things on my approach.
second game 250+, had an open in the first frame but it was just strike after strike, all pocket shot. the inconsistency on the breakpoint was minimizing.
last game, not too bad, a clean game except the last frame. struck first shot, i needed only 6-7 pins to get 700, legs shakin, bang! snap! left the 3,4,6,7,10
i only needed 2 more pins, so i went for the 3,6,10 getting only the 6 and 10 for exactly 700 series. btw i was playin 15-4 15-5

after that, i was experimenting with the ball, moved deeper and deeper and i was still seein and excellent movement to the pocket but little bit jumpy sometimes.

finished my 10 games, with total pin fall of 2109, i had low games of 154 and 170 (i went for some food and talked to a friend for like 2 games while he was bowling) so i cant really complain.

wow i didnt know i typed so much, sorry about that

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one

This guy on youtube posts videos of the PBA
for ppl who dont watch TV or want to save the matches this will be great!
