What's this drilling?! I LOVE IT!
« on: October 09, 2005, 02:23:51 PM »
I have a SSP, no idea what drilliig is this, (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v472/dev86/Bowling/ssp2.jpg)

but the condition makes it goes long and snap hard. =)

if I apply this drilling on a RSX, is it gonna go as far as my SSP and snap even harder?

It is stack leverage with pin above finger. If you put it on RSX that will give some length and snap.
I hate ten pins but love the game of bowling with just the right ball to take them out.

depends,

if that hole is at your pap, then it looks more like a 4x4

Also, it matters if you're rh/lh, too.

I need a drilling for length and snap for my RSX(coming) but i need it for heavier med or maybe heavy oil.

my SSP is already doing well or med, and sometimes too agresssive.

Why you do  want a length drilling with snap for heavier oil patterns???

I intend to get RSX for this few reasons.

1. Polished surface - for length
2. Solid coverstock - for backend.

ii i don drill the ball for a sharp backend and length, wad for i get RSX! =)

Bring the pin to about 3.5" from your PAP. Move it downwards relative to the grip to below finger level. And personally id still leave the cg in a strong position, you'll need all the backend you can if the pattern is heavy and/or long. The RSX may also need a surface adjustment to provide you with more control.

RotoDave,

if i brought down the pin below the fingers, it would create a earlier roll, to prevent the ball from going too far, and the CG in strong position for the backend, right?

*sorry, im a noob! =)
