HP2 line is starting to lose its value.

I don't know anything about this one yet, I don't get shipped HP1 or 2 stuff for videos so I won't get my hands on it for another couple weeks.  From what I'm hearing though, internally everyone is saying it hooks quite a bit more than intended/expected.

If you require 15# you missed one yesterday on ebay, as I did.  Single drill, pin over ring finger in what appeared to be in very good condition.  Went for $6.50 with $24.95 for shipping. Got distracted with wife's chores and forgot to bid.  Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe that was her plan all along??

Unlike most I really like my All Out Show Off and still have a nib so wondering how the MVP will compare.

can we stop with the balls that hook more than they're supposed to?

Going by Luke's review, not close. Sounds like the MVP is really strong like the original Show Off, not mellower like the All Out.

It looks like a Wrecker on steroids to me. Which I think is a great thing. I feel like this ball should be all over leagues

Dare devil danger with more length. Pretty much sums up what I saw from video reviews.

We didn't get a lot or Wreckers in our area, but the few that were bought looked pretty strong. I think that ball was the start of the HP2 way-more-ball-than-you-think trend. And yeah, the MVP seems to be a good bit stronger.

I'm not regretting getting a Honey Badger, but at the same time I think this would be really nice in a similar slot. Roto Grip catches my eye every damn time.

Sorry, but this is what Roto has done for years now. Even the Locos and Scream/Shouts were stronger than advertised (all are weaker than the Hustes). What should fit your interests are the Surges from Storm. Unfortunately, haven't heard anything about them really.

Where would anyone need a ball that weak? You literally would have to be bowling on sand to use a tropical surge.

Northface28, correct those conditions for a ball that weak, you will rarely see those conditions, exception being during summer hours, where houses rarely oil (Only during league).

Drilled up a seed ball for my daughter and yes, it is a SLIGHTLY stronger Wrecker.  It seems to be a good end of shift / second shift ball if you want to open up the lanes without having an overreaction on the backend.
