Hi all,
I just made a little vid showing the improvements I've made to my game. My friends always tell me I have gotten better. But there is nothing like seeing it. I would encourage everyone that is striving to get better to use a camera to track yourself, it feels good to see where you come from. I am always open to any suggestions.
The balls in the new vid were:
1st shot: Apocalypse
2nd + 3rd shot: RSP
Both drillings are in my profile. This isn't my first year bowling, just a comparison of last Summer and this Summer.

Thanks for looking,

Hi, what wrist support are you using? Do you attribute any of your improvement to that?

Warmon - when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail

If you don't mind me asking I would love to know what the music in your vid is. Thanks for your time.

Whether you think you can, or whether you think you can't... you're probably right.

Roto Dave, thanx for the comments and good taste in music
Warmon,
The wrist device I'm using is a turbo 2-n-1 bulldog. I have yet to see an online proshop stock them. But I got mine off of ebay and the red insert directly from turbo grips. It has helped me a lot. I don't have a weak wrist, but I did/do have a problem with cupping the ball @ the top of my swing and then flatten it at the bottom. That equaled horrible results. If your in the market for a wrist device, I reccomed this one. It doesn't make you cup the ball, but rather stay firm on the shot. Its very sturdy as well, no trinkets like some other companies.
