Title: Odyssey or Special Agent
Post by: bowl400 on April 28, 2007, 03:43:33 AM
will be bowling a ball league this summer and i have been eyeing these two beauties.  they would seem to fill the same spot, medium-heavy oil with an angular look.  anyone have any experience with both of these balls.  i am a low end tweener with medium track.  i am around 14-15 at the pin deck and generally release up the back of the ball.  currently have an awesome revs in this spot, but not sold on it just yet.

Go to Buddies web site I believe he has a video on the odyssey quite a good one at that, I saw another one and the guy said it was the best heavy oil ball that he had thrown also Roto Grip covers are very easy to change and their people are great if you have any questions

Odyssey is going to be more angular and stronger in general than the Special.  Now, by no means is the Special a "weak" ball...but it is more even rolling and arcy than the Odyssey, and will also cover a few less boards.
